PayPal Challenges CFPB Prepaid Rule

​PayPal v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

On December 11, 2019, PayPal, Inc. filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia challenging the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Prepaid Rule that took effect on April 1, 2019.
