Webinar Curriculum
A 3-part webinar curriculum designed to provide an initial education to your entire organization about the principles, practices and implementation procedures of becoming e-LEAN®. Specific case studies will teach how to implement the tools of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to the both the physical AND digital workplace. Graphic solutions providers will learn to how to engage their employees in reduction of wasteful workflow delays, eliminate duplication of manual and digital workflow effort, improve communications of customer requirements internally and externally, and find those lost business opportunities and apply them to the newly found capacity so needed in today's graphics workflow environment.

Handbook
The IPA e-LEAN® Implementation Handbook will provide a step-by-step guide for workflow process improvement using e-LEAN® tools and procedures. e-Lean® implementers in any company will now have a guiding road map to follow for the planning/ deployment of Kaizen's rapid cross-functional improvement events by all employees while learning the tools of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Spaghetti diagramming applied to the digital environment.
