He has worked with companies such as Disney, Comcast, Time Warner, Canal+, Universal Television, Sony, Microsoft and Sun, and has led four pioneering ventures in interactive television and video on demand. CJ's programming techniques and technology for video on demand, and behavioral programming are being used by some of the largest media companies in the world today. He holds degrees in engineering, management and a Ph.D. in marketing and strategy. He is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, an advisor to Silicom Ventures, LLC., one of the largest Angel/Venture funds in the United States, sits on the board of 4 media-technology companies, and is an advisor or mentor to over 2 dozen entrepreneurial ventures.

The end of results of these initiatives have included enhanced package quality, reduced lead times and costs…all of which are integral to the success of Sara Lee products.

She continues to work to improve service to our stakeholders by working with selected printers to develop a completely digital workflow and provide even more innovative printing solutions. In 2004, he published “We the Media: Grassroots Journalism by the People, for the People,” the leading book on citizen journalism. Howard Holley is a former senior executive of the Xerox Corporation, where he spent more than thirty-three years where he held numerous executive positions. In 1998, Holley relocated to China as senior vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Solutions Group of Xerox China. He provided global leadership for this business unit until his retirement in March 2009.
