Receipt of your "JDF Expert Certificate" states that you have demonstrated the knowledge of the JDF Specifications 1.3, sufficient to have an expert assessment of the information contained therein; please note, this does not necessarily indicate you have a working competency of the JDF 1.3 specification or workflows.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility requirements to receive a "JDF Expert Certificate" are that your company or business affiliation has registered for the entire curriculum of JDF Expert Certificate instructional webinar programs.
TEST FORMAT AND LOGISTICS
The final exam is delivered on-line and instantaneously graded upon submission. Once you register for the final exam you will be sent an access code and password. You may then take the final exam at any time or date you desire. Upon login to the on-line testing system, two practice tests are available for you to take to become familiar with the examination system.
The final exam consists of 100 test questions in a single choice, multiple choice, true/false, and yes/no question format. All questions are in the English language. A passing grade is achieved with 75% correct answers.
No two student’s exams are the same. All final exam questions are selected from a pool of 150 questions submitted collectively by the JDF instructors and approved by CIP4. The randomly assigned 100 questions for each student are shuffled in the order they appear. The answers within each question are also randomly shuffled.
You will have a maximum of 4 hours to take this test. If you have not submitted your final answers by that time, you will be considered as not having passed the test and will be required to take and pass a re-rest in order to achieve your JDF Expert Certificate. An additional registration fee of $49 (US) will be required for each re-test attempts. You may take the re-test as many times as you desire, but recognize that the re-test exams will be different due to the random nature of the questions selection.
