Trish Wales is a thirty five year veteran of the paper industry having held a variety of professional roles including environmental engineer and industrial hygienist. Throughout her career she has developed programs and trained employees on a broad range of topics including hazardous material handling, health hazards in the workplace and safety procedures. She participated in change management processes in multiple industrial locations.

Currently, Trish is founder and partner in Roloc color, a color management and process control firm providing professional services to the print and packaging community. She is active in industry standards groups, a G7 expert, a frequent speaker and lecturer at industry events, and paper editor for Graphic Arts Monthly.
