Pernell's job is to teach the Konica Minolta line of products to technicians while specializing in connectivity and color management. Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting are all covered in our courses. Pernell started as technician in 1985 with Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc (KMBS) and became a team leader and trainier about 10 years ago. He has spent six years at Xerox as well.
He plans to use the knowledge to help me teach color management and troubleshooting in our advanced courses.
As a training group, we thought this program would help us achieve a higher level of color management knowledge, which would help take our courses to another level. So far so good.
