Lou Prestia runs a consulting and training company, Prestia Color Consulting (www.prestia.com). His company provides training and integration services to graphic arts professionals. The firm focuses on color management and workflow automation solutions for reprographic content producers.

Prior to starting Prestia Consulting in 2001, Lou worked for Nimblefish technologies in the role of Workflow Architect for variable data print. During the 1990s, he worked at Adobe Systems in roles including technical marketing manager, manager of the company’s prepress graphics lab, and as Adobe’s Color Evangelist.

Prestia has trained hundreds of production, engineering, marketing, and sales personnel throughout the world and has developed extensive curricula on a variety of graphic arts topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management and Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
