Jim is responsible for all prepress related networks, file servers, Macs, PCs, software and hardware. Color Management duties include calibration, profiling and color management of all inkjet proofing equipment, wide format signage printers, half and full size Komori and Heidelberg litho and UV presses and 2 Presstek DI presses. Jim formed a Color Management Team of 7 individuals that are all
required to pass this certification. They intend to tighten and improve
processes and printing to the GRACoL specification and ultimately
become a G7 Master Printer. This training will give their team a basic
knowledge of color management fundamentals to build on moving forward.
They intend to pursue the pressroom and prepress training
certifications as they become available. They will provide unparalleled
support to our pressroom, prepress, sales force and customers in all
color related matters and become known as the “Best of the Best” in
color management.
