Dave serves as the primary contact in the New Product Concepts Department for all technology initiatives including research, testing, evaluation, recommendation, implementation and monitoring. He problem solves technical creative issues which arise during new product development and communicate best solutions to New Product Concepts, Global Sourcing, Creative and Planning teams. He also communicates directly with outside technology vendors and printers regarding product requirements and specification guidelines for new products and provides training for teams on new product formats. Dave will use the knowledge he gained from CMP Fundamentals certification to ensure quality product, focusing on color reproduction. He will also train others on his team on what to do (and what not to do!) when preparing files for production.
