Dave’s responsibilities include implementing and maintaining a color
management workflow across a variety of output devices. He must create
all the profiles, curves, etc that ensures color consistency among
conventional press, large format screen printing and digital inkjet out
put. Additionally, he sets up and administers a variety of Rips in the
pre-press workflow and supports prepress IT issues. As the industry
embraces the G7 standard, Dave feels an understanding of color theory
and color management is critical in communicating how it works and what
the benefits are to both production and sales.
